Renovation H

Attention was paid to sustainability, with the main aim of giving the house a completely new look, in keeping with the modern era. Patios have been integrated into this design, adding space to both the front and rear façades. Where the patios connect to the existing house, a new interplay of lines is created that accentuates the architecture. This interplay of lines comes together in the rear façade, where a new extension with kitchen and lounge has been created. The existing garage is transformed into a master bedroom, putting all essential functions on the ground floor.

Roof lines extended

Improved connection with nature

Transparency is usually the technique used to enhace connection with nature in the exterior, here we use other architectural features. The roof line is extended hugging a tree and bringing it closer to the living spaces.

The exterior walls are finished in high-quality stucco, artfully textured reminiscent of concrete. It gives the building a raw and strong character, modernising the outdated yellow bricks. The stucco is continued inside, blending in- and outdoors. Sleek black aluminium accents, gracing window frames and movable shutters, infuse sophistication and creates a dynamic aesthetic. Embracing every architectural angle, LED lines illuminate important architectural lines, accentuating their horizontality and celebrating the fusion of materials in a dazzling display. The materialisation finishes the design and coats it in luxury and sophistication.

Elegance and luxury

Minimalistic interior
Minimal and comfortable living

Enter an interior that artfully embraces minimalism, seamlessly intertwining luxury and elegance. Glass walls cover the rear facade allowing natural light to  cover the interior spaces.

Vertical slabs

Vertical wood slabs that create a wall but don't block visibility allow nature to populate the gardens of the house and still having a strong connection to the indoor.

Glass box
