Minimalist
Extention

This traditional 1970s house has been transformed into a minimalist oasis of space. The extension is highlighted by the black elements that contrast with the white existing house. The exterior façade is finished in black aluminium, which tapers off in a spiteful point. This provides a larger viewing angle from inside and a minimalist look. The transition space between the existing house and the first floor is created by means of a patio. This courtyard gives an extra dimension to the whole.

Black Box

Framing the outdoors

A large box is created and with it new spaces and functions arrive to the house. The materials used enhance the framing and the sharp edges bring an unique feeling to the architecture.

Minimalism and transparency

Minimalistic interior
Minimal and comfortable living

Enter an interior that artfully embraces minimalism, seamlessly intertwining luxury and elegance. This unique interior strongly contrasts with the old house making it a statement. The transparency allows natural light to fill the interior through the glass facade, patio, large windows and glass roof connecting the outside and inside more than ever.

Glass roof

The glass roof seperates the living area from the kitchen without the use of walls creating a open space with well defined functions.

New entrance

A new different shape surrounds the entrance and the black aluminium enhances the sharp edhes of the new spaces.
