Miami House
Miami HouseIn this renovation, the house is characterised by the angled corners that refer to the contours of the water and the quay. These angled corners are reflected in both the front and back facades. As a result, the entire house is parallel to the waterline.
The central axis
The central line of this concept is found at the jetty, serving as the project’s central axis. This line seamlessly traverses the house, functioning as a view from the entrance to the sea. This connecting element is not only functional; it serves as the central thread with exclusive marble materialization that enhances the experience of space and routing.
Used materials
material
The exterior walls are finished in high-quality stucco. It gives the building a raw and strong character, modernising the materials. There is also natural stone that surrounds the pool taht continued inside and covers the staicases, blending in- and outdoors. Sleek black aluminium accents, gracing window frames and movable shutters, infuse sophistication and creates a dynamic aesthetic. Embracing every architectural angle, LED lines illuminate important architectural lines, accentuating their horizontality and celebrating the fusion of materials in a dazzling display. The materialisation finishes the design and coats it in luxury and sophistication.
It's all about the views
Facing the sea, this house is all about the views. The architectural features create frames that points us to the horizon. The surrounding nature is the strongest element and target and so, big floor to ceiling glass doors were added so the connection between the natural elements and the interior has a strong presence.
Elegance and luxury
Enter an interior that embraces minimalism, seamlessly intertwining luxury and elegance. The connection with nature is obvious, as transparency and openness are the strong point. Natural light enters everywhere, blurring indoor-outdoor boundaries.
